System Error when Managing Ringback Tones

In September of 2012 cw2005 asks:

"I am consistently getting this message when attempting to manage my Ringback tones with the VZW Media Manager, it partially comes up then that error appears.

"System error occurred. Please try again later.
code: 4033"

And, Tamika1 (a verizon rep) says "...it's a website site issue and will be resolved"...

It's April of 2012 and I have the same problem.

1. When will this be fixed?

2. Isn't it kinda weird that it's still happening?

I can't manage my ringback tones from a webrowser, nor the browser on my iPhone4S.

Hi imlivnwell! Sorry to see that you're experiencing issues managing your Ringback tones. I just logged into my personal account and encountered no problems managing mine. What I've found is that I'm using a known supported browser (Internet Explorer 8). I would recommend reviewing the browser you're using to ensure that it will be able to utilize the specialize features of the site.
