Text Messages Not Working

I can only send and receive Imessages. I can't send or receive sms. It says not delivered. Please help!!

Hi it said the test call was successful but still can't text. My zip code is 94112

Let's look into this, I want you to be able to use messaging! You have an iPhone now, correct? When did you get this device and what was the previous device? Have you ever been able to send SMS?

Yes i have an Iphone 4s. I got this device 1 and a half year ago and about

to upgrade soon. My previous device was from Verizon too. It wasn't an

android or a smartphone. I dont think i was ever able to send sms. Im not

really sure because most of my friends have iphones so i use imessage. I

can't text my non iphone friends.

Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot with us here. I would suggest checking your account features for a Text Message Block through http://www.vzw.com/myverizon, login then click Add/Remove Features on left side. I am eager to get to the bottom of this!

Hi i just checked and it says This mobile number does not have permission

to send messages and cannot sign up for this service. Please contact the

account owner for this mobile number to change permissions. What do i do?
