None of my text messages show up in my breakdown of texts on my account page. Other IPhone does so don't understand why they aren't there.

smok,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand the importance of being able to track your messages. We do offer this option on Myverizon, which is very convenient. Only regular text messages are saved as those go through the Verizon network. Imessages are done over data and go through the Apple system. Let us know if regular text are the one that are not showing so we can look into this deeper.

Thank you,

Text messages should show up on your log, but iMessages won't.

iMessages would not show up as texts in your account page, but as data usage. If iMessage is turned off on an iPhone, all messages would be sent as texts, not iMessages, and would show up in you text usage.

another possible cause could be:

The iphone could have a privacy setting/app like feature on it if you are using normal text messages and they still aren't showing up.

The apps can be downloaded from the apple app store on the phone, or through itunes and synced to the phone. if you happen to have one of these apps, then if you have the options settings in the app (or through the settings app on the dashboard) then you can change it to not encrypt or secure or any other way it words it that means it wont be documented specifically on what the texts contains (but can still show up under your total texts that you've sent or accumulated). If there isn't this setting, and you still want to see your messages via myverizon account you'll have to delete the app.

EDIT: There's also apps for backing up your imessages, some send it to a server where you can access it through your computer and save it, and some will send it to the email that you tell it too.
