Text notifications

I am the owner of my account.....billing notifications are being sent to someone else on my account.  Why is this happening?

Because the alerts customer service has in their server is set to notify them.

Just call them ask them to change the notifications. Then ask to speak to Financial Services.

Because Financial Services can change late bill notices being sent through text messages if you are ever habitually late on your bill they will know what phone to text.

You have to go online to my Verizon and on there you can change who gets notifications.
