DDon't get a sound with an incoming text.   All volumes are maxed out

Hi Nole62,

We want your device to be problem free! When did the issue start? Do receive sound when you receive a call? Have you tried changing the sound you hear when receiving an incoming text? Power the device off/on, then test text sound.
