Lately, I have been receiving inquiries from friends, asking why texts that I had previously sent to them, was showing up on their phones again, several days later. This has just started happening within the last week.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this a problem with my IPhone 4? I have not updated the software on my phone to IOS 7.0.4 because of all the negative things that I have heard about this update. Could that be a reason that this has started happening?

Please try updating the roaming capability by dialing *228 Option 2. Then reset the network settings http://vz.to/19w1oOV.
