Thinking of switching but have some questions?

I'm thinking about using my upgrade and get the iPhone...I currently have the Blackeberry Tour....I also have an iTunes account...how do I get the phone up and running?  I always purchased a new phone at the store and they set it up for me.  Will all of my information from my BB transfer to the iPhone?  Can this be done from the store or do I have to do it at my with my iTunes account?

you do everything (including activate it) from your itunes account. some files may not transfer if they are not compatible...but your contacts, etc will be able to be sync'd.
