This question is for the Verizon Prepaid site regarding the ringback tones. I have tried to change my ringback tone order for M-Sunday. but the button to apply the changes is not there. It must be a glitch. What can i do?

Hearing the ringback tone when calling someone rather than just the standard ring is so much more entertaining. I can understand where your trouble has come into play. Prepay services are a bit different then what we can see on our end here. I would recommend reaching out to our Prepay customer service team directly at 888-294-6804 for additional assistance with this.
