I fell on my phone and broke the glass screen and the volume button wasn't working so I put a claim in to get a new phone paid my $$$ and now I have my new phone I went to Verizon store to have them help with transferring all my pics and contacts and apps to my new phone the person at the store said they only transfer contacts and nothing else and I need to go home and connect to my computer to transfer everything else I told her I don't have a computer now what she basically told me I was outta luck I need help transferring all my stuff what do I do?

@Balairo, what make/model phone did you have? Some devices have a memory card that you can transfer from the old phone to insurance replacement phone. I apologize that if the screen is non functional, there is no other additional option other than connecting it to a computer to upload your pictures to a PC.
