samething happened to me.talked to customer serevice they said go to the cart,but when i went there it said i didnt have any order pending, what the heck? anybody figure this out yet?

You are responding to a thread that is over a year old, and the "pending order" problem had to do with pre-orders before the iPhone was actually released.
Are you trying to order an iPhone online? Can you give us a few more details about what exactly you are having trouble doing?
