My contract with the old iphone 4s was over last November but I still cannot use it using the SIM from other carrier. Now I also want to terminate my contract with the new iphone 4s, the contract that will end in December 2015. I am currently out of US, neither live chat nor telephone works for me though I tried both ways many times. Is there any other way that I can contact Verizon customer service? Such as an email address?
Oh no! The last thing we want is to lose you as a customer Lee7. May I ask what's the reason for being out of the US? Are you on vacation and/or for military purposes? If you can send us a private message then we can discuss options.
