Last friday i bought an iPhone 4s from a Verizon custumer (no contract). I'm from Argentina and i cant use my iphone with Verizon here, i would like to know what do i have to do i orden to be able to use it.
Please help me.

The previous owner should have unlocked while they had an active account with Verizon Wireless. Since you are not a customer of Verizon Wireless, you don't meet the requirements for unlocking the phone. The first requirement is you must be a Verizon Wireless customer and then there are other requirements to qualify for the SIM unlock code from Verizon Wireless.

Thats right. But i dont see the difference, it is not that i want to change to another company in USA, I dont have another opcion because verizon its not available for Argentina.

You have to be a customer for months and they suggest you to stay with them after that. You just bought a phone for not because its not like the Atat version that you can use gsm not CDMA.
