I purchased a used verizon iphone 4s from a friend and set up the device last night on verizon's bring your own device plan.  It has been over 16 hours and the phone is still not working.  When I try to make a call, it brings me to the national payment center.  When I set the phone up last night, I also signed up for the auto pay, so I'm not sure what the issue is.  I cannot reach a person on the phone as the phone will not dial!

I want to see you enjoying that device as soon as possible, jjolm. Even if the phone has not completely activated, you can still dial *611 to get to a Customer Service representative. If you are still having trouble, you can also reach our Prepay Team by dialing 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone.
