Does anyone have any idea what is causing the problems with accessing visual voicemail on the iPhone on the Verizon Wireless network? I have 50 users complaining about slow or no access to visual voicemail. Verizon Wireless tells me that they are aware of the problem, but do not have an ETR. Does anyone know anything more about this?

I'm haveing a problem that it is taking forever to acknowledge I got a new a voicemail. Maybe that not relevant to everyone else's problem. It took 3 hrs to get a new voicemail I got it this morning from yesterday. It was from someone who wanted to have my husband do some snow removal he was lucky he stopped by or he would have lost money. He needs reliable voicemail / missed call. We did *228 option 1-2 days ago for something else and reset network settings. I had good signal. We have iPhone 4 + 4s. Seems 4s people are having trouble to.

After I posted i called and they said there was a visual voicemail problem for the last few days now it's cured supposeably. If u see any other voicemail problems call *611. There saying its slightly a Verizon problem but apple too.
