This may not be the proper forum area but I do have an IPhone..What's up with voice mail lately???I am getting voice mail messages that are three days old!!I know its not my phone cause my wife has a different one and she gets messages days late........
I personally haven't had any issues with my voicemail but it might be something worth reporting to VZW Tech Support to make sure there isn't an issue in your area. Also, not sure if the solar storm going on has caused any issues but it's a possibility. Haven't heard any reports of that though yet and if the issue has been going on for you for awhile then it wouldn't be the cause.
There has been a problem with the visual voicemail sometimes mine spent hrs it takes hours for my phone to pick up a missed call or voicemail. It was a known issue Verizon said and it's on apple to fix it. But also the voicemail visual is run by the network do if the network Is down u don't have voicemail. They told me also that it's a feature and I could go remove it plus get reg voicemail. This visual voicemail I don't think is a feature like android has with vzw visual voicemail.
Apple visual Voice Mail is run off Apple servers(hence you get an iphone you get it free). If it is a known issue and Verizon says it is on Apple then it may be Apple servers having issues. It may not also. Did you talk to Apple Care?
