I get this message on my phone and am unable to listen to voicemails that are listed. Have tried a soft reset and reset network connections. Software is up to date. I am able to listen to my voicemails by dialing *86. When I try calling my number from my phone I am told it is not available. Any ideas?
Let's ensure your Visual Voice Mail application is working properly! Let's try a couple of steps. Ensure the device data is enabled http://vz.to/11MhLRM, Cellular Data for iTunes & App Store http://vz.to/13QrSIo and Data Roaming http://vz.to/1bRISzB are also enabled.
