Volume bar gone...no sound

While playing SongPop the volume disappeared.  Now there is no volume for iTunes, YouTube or anything else.  The volume bar is completely gone.

Hi kjm2012,

You want to verify that the ring/silent switch hasn't been activated as it will impact the entire volume capabilities of the phone. Follow http://support.verizonwireless.com/clc/devices/knowledge_base.html?id=48923 to review how to activate/deactivate the switch. Let us know if this worked.
