I finally upgraded to an iPhone and I LOVE it!!! Well, all except for iTunes. I was used to Android and being able to easily transfer files from my computer to the phone, 1-2-3 and done, ready to go. However, even though I have been computer literate for almost 3 decades now, I cannot figure iTunes out for the life of me. I bout a "for dummies" book and it didn't help. As a result I just stay away from iTunes, which I know is not good because there are reasons I should be connecting, even if I don't sync. Are there actually any techs (computer) who I could pay to do a "hands on" tutorial on my computer, with my iPhone instead of having to work out of a book that doesn't quite look like my setup?
Just go to an Apple store. They always give free classes. If you want one on one tutoring then there is a charge for thay.
can you go to the classes if you bought the phone from Verizon?
Yes as long as it is an iPhone. It's part of the Apple experience.
