I cannot hear callers clearly, nor can the other party hear me clearly...it is garbled. My daughter has a less expensive phone, and the calls come in clear. Is the phone defective?
Winston_Smith, let get to the bottom of this and resolve it! I know how frustrating this can be. Being able to stay connected with your family and friends is definitely important.
How long have you had this issue? Is this a new device? Have you removed any cover or case that may be muffling or blocking sound? Does this happen with every call you make or receive? Does it also happen when on speaker?
I’ve research this and did not find it to be a reported known issue with your device. Try restarting http://bit.ly/tXe7I4 the device and lowering the call volume.
