I'm having problems changing my ringback tone ...I always change it for Halloween and this year there appears to be ghosts in the machine! I've gone online to the media store and clicked on "manage tones". A drop down box appears and I TRY to click on "manage ringback tones" but nothing happens. It stalls. I've tried doing it through safari on my phone. I get a lot further here but no result. Through my phone I get to the place where I actually choose the ringback I want to set as the default. It says it HAS set my "Halloween" ringback as the default but when a call is place to my phone the old ringback plays. I've spent WAY too much time on trying to set a ringback tone today. It appears the problem must be something with Verizon's sites.

I have been having this same problem for MONTHS! The "manage ringback tones" site doesn't work at all, and I'm wondering why I even bother buying ringback tones anymore. This has been going on FOREVER, and I would really love for someone at Verizon to take this seriously, instead of just saying "we're working on it".
The tech person trying to help me said he changed my ring back for me but it still didn't change. I tried every suggestion but nothing worked. I insisted I felt something was wrong with the site as I noticed the set up was different from a previous version. On the mobile site I got to a place that allowed me to go further than the web site. It appeared to let me change the ring back but it never worked. I finally got on the web site about ten days later and it worked. Maybe I just got lucky on the day it was working. Good luck to you!!

I would like to start off by asking, what kind of device do you use that uses the Ringback Tones? Are you trying to manage your Ringback Tones on a computer? Are you getting any kind of errors? I have an LG G2, and I have always tried to manage the ringback tones on
my computer, not the phone. I don't get an 'error' message at all.....when
I try to pick a day for a particular tone, the tone icon doesn't appear on
the day at all.....I go ahead and click on the tab, and it always says that
the change was successful, although the tone icon isn't showing where I
tried to put it.....and when I check the days, nothing has been changed.
This has been going on for months....I first thought that the site was just
having temporary problems, so I would wait awhile and try again days
later....same thing. It's very frustrating that I can't use tones that I have paid
for.....would love for this to be fixed!

And now the site is back to not working again. Tonight I tried to switch my ringback tone to four different Christmas tones. Same thing that happened two months ago happens now when I go to the web site. I click on Manage Tones, the drop down box appears and when I click on "Manage ringback tones" nothing happens. It WAS working for a time in October and November b/c I switched over to a Halloween ringback for October and then back to "Happy" after Halloween. The search filters don't work as well. I typed in Bing Crosby and nothing displayed for Bing Crosby....it just showed the same current "top" tones. I THINK I was able to change my ringback on the mobile app but I'm not sure it has worked b/c I don't have another phone at home to call my cell number to check. This is so frustrating.
