Why do you only get a busy signal when you call my phone ?

I can call out and text by everyone that tries to call in only gets a busy signal. I have checked the call forwarding, anything blocked, airplane mode and turned the phone off and back on but nothing works.

Let's get you back up and running rbryum3! When did you start experiencing difficulties with receiving calls? What make and model phone do you have? Is there anyone else in the area who is experiencing difficulties with making calls?
