Why is my bill $340 more than its supposed to be?

When i purchased my phone they toldme it would be $180 a month.....its the second month and they are wanting $518? What the crap!!??

It's called proation. That is probably some of the issue. And way why not give us a break down of your actual bill.

Wow that's high. Second month, I'm assuming first bill. That should have a pro-rate for charges from activation to end of 1st billing cycle plus advance charges for the current billing cycle. But not for month 3, advance charges for month 3 should be on the SECOND bill.

The first month and second month is in first bill. Maybe you didn't know your mins or data was prorated as well. You could be overages for that. This is for any change you do even for old customers.

That certainly is quite the jump from estimate to actual bill robdrap! Everyone gave some great guesses as to what may have contributed to the bill, but I'd love to take a look and see what's really going on.
