Jmulls, thank you for your inquiry. I would like to help with your data connection. Are you still having problems connecting to the internet? If you haven't already, try rebooting your phone. Verify your phone shows Verizon 3G in the status bar. Please try resetting your network settings by going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The phone will reset afterwards. This will not erase any data, but if you have wifi passwords saved, you will need to enter those again.
