I have an iPhone 4s that was reset today but is not restarting, it is just sitting with the screen timing out. I have it plugged in and have tried to power it off but nothing works. Any ideas?

Having an iPhone that won't restart is very frustrating tazldy28. Le't work on getting this fixed. Have you tried to restore through iTunes? If you're able to get to the keypad, I recommend dialing *228, option 2 to reconnect your phone to the network. Please keep us posted.
