why does it say the switch from my old touch screen has been complete and the Iphone 4s active on my account online but when i call *228 it says my account is unauthorized to dial this number

Congrats on your new IPhone 4s! Woo Hoo! We want your activation to be a easy process. Let's get this resolved. Are you in the Verizon Wireless Network coverage, while activating the phone? Is this activation via ITunes, or Over the Air on the IPhone? Try a soft reset of the device http://bit.ly/tXe7I4, then try to dial *228 option 1. You can place a test call by dialing #832, it should say your test Keep me posted!
