blocked number still able to text help!!

I called verizon to block someone from calling/ texting earlier today. It's not working and now when I called back verizon is closed for the night.....unbelievable. What can I do? I don't want to be harrased the entire night Smiley Sad

Why do you have to call Verizon to block someone? You can do that online.

1. Get rid of the iphone and get a decent phone.

2. Change your number, turn off your phone, call the cops, etc...
