hello,

I used to have a Verizon account. when I retired, I bought out the contract and ported the phone number. Recently I came back, using the same iphone and phone number...on a pre paid plan.....I can not log onto the website....all the service phone numbers (from the website including *611) I call, say: "sorry, we have technical difficulties. Please call back." 

I can not log into live chat since the website will not allow me to register...or use my old account log in information.

(the phone works. but I cannot make any monthly payments.)

can anyone help me?
