I am so sorry to hear that you are unable to use your iPhone 4. I want to make sure we get you back up and running as soon as possible. With the telephone number change was it completed online or Via Customer Service? Once the number was changed on the device, was *228 called to reprogram the device with the new telephone number? Was that is completed please try your device to make sure it is working as expected.
