my husband and I both have iphone 4s as well as apple computer at home. Somehow, the contacts on both of our phones have synced (I believe because we have one itunes account?). How do we get it back to where my contacts are on my phone and his are on his? I know if I delete a contact it will delete on both phones and we don't want to do that. Thanks.

Having two separate Apple IDs will help.

Hi Chrisssyz,
The need to have two seperate Apple IDs is correct because each phone has a different number and its respected contacts. Here's how to create a new Apple Id http://tiny.cc/dty70w. After creating the new ID, sync your iPhone device with iTunes related to the number and you can have the contacts back that belong on the iPhone desired.
Thanks,
