what's up Verizon?  all of a sudden I am getting VERY limited cell service in and around m y home.  Not getting calls, calls being dropped repeatedly, texts not coming through.  I went to a Verizon retail store and they opened a trouble ticket - I get a call 4 days later saying that the reason there is a problem with the cell tower responsible for my lousy service is PROPRIETARY and cannot be addressed!   I was told I can buy a signal extender but can't guarantee it will work!   I Pay 90.00 a month for nothing?????
