I know how important it is to stay in the know so you can effectively manage your account. We want to do everything we can to ensure that you are able to do so. May I ask are you able to check the usage on the iPhone 4S on the device? If not then please advise as that may be the root of the problem. If so then please verify that you are able to see the usage on the device on My Verizon on a computer. If you are able to see the usage online from a computer then please advise as we may have to open a ticket for you.
