Call *611 or online or at a store.
If your going to go up in a plan backdate it.
i just went to the new share everything plan. i chose to start my new bill when my new bill cycle starts. this way there is no prorated stuff at all. you can keep your current contract and such. you can do this online but a window will pop up asking you to chat with one of the support team. they will gladly explain things to you. i was extremely happy with the end result.
