does apple iphones have a sims card?

if i cannot transfer my sims card how can i transfer my pics and videos from my old samsung phone to my new apple iphone?

Are you referring to a SD card? You can transfer your information from your SD card to the computer with itunes installed. Then you can sync that content to your iphone through itunes.

At the store they can transfer pics. U can buy an sd card adaptor for iPad and iPhone so u can put ur pics on without having to have them on any iPhone or ipad. Might be worth ur while.

If ur computer has a sd card drive put ur sd card into ur computer then import ur pics put them into a file u know where it is. then plug ur iPhone in and it will give u a message saying ur iPhone is found. Go to iTunes click the name of ur iPhone then there should be a menu for photos click sync then there should be a way to pick the file where u put the photos. I would put all ur file on desktop so u know where it is. Then u should be fine. I did this from an iPhone to an iPhone but it should be the same process.
