I would be delighted to assist you regarding your device. Often times calls can be sent to voicemail if your service level is unacceptable. Also, this could also be normal operation depending on the circumstance. Do you mind elaborating on what exactly occurs? Does this happen on all calls? How many rings before voicemail? Did this just suddenly begin to occur? Please keep us posted.
