how do I change my caller ID

This is so darn frustrating. I told the guy my name and he Typed it as that. I spelled out my name for him. My Grandfather-in-law just called me to tell me to call his house to check the name on the caller id... So I did and it showed up as his name.

Hopefully they get it right this time.... I hope to GOD they do. I called again today.... and explained the situation Nicely and hopefully its right. I will find out later on when I call someone and ask what it says.
