how do i access my voicemail when i am out of the country/roaming?

Hi, I am using an iPhone and currently out of the country in Mexico. I would like to check my voicemail either using my cellphone (roaming) or the phone at my hotel.  I don't remember if I set up a VM password.

What can I do?
