If you have a warranty you can replace it over the phone wih Verizon or apple. If your out of warranty but you have extended warranty then you can call Verizon.
Let's resolve this! Is the phone not holding a charge or is it not charging at all? Have you tried a different charger and or outlet/usb? Any possible physical/liquid damage?
