I have a two-year contract for an iPhone 4 that is not compatible with my hearing aid (even though the salesperson assured me it was). Thus, I can hear very little. When I use the speaker function, my caller cannot understand me as it is not clear at all and one person kept hearing an echo. I returned it and received another iPhone, but the same problem happens. Am I now stuck with a iPhone that I can not hear on???
The iPhone 4 per a little research at Google & Apple state it is not compatible. No other thing can be done to change it. You must or they must research the device and not rely on what some under trained sales or customer service rep tells you.
The iPhone 4s and the 5c and 5s are compatible.
