I ordered an iPhone 4S on October 28th, and was told by customer service that it would be here by 11/4/11, but my email confirmation says 11/11/11. Can anyone tell me which is correct?? I'm very anxious to get it!

Until you get a shipping email or your method of payment is charged you won't have a precise date. You may recieve your device before the 11th...you may recieve it on or around the 4th. It may not arrive until after the 11th. Depends completely on when the device is actually shipped.
