iPhone 4S was assigned number previously on a flip phone. Was working for a month. Today the number reverted back to the flip phone. Calls cannot be made from or to the iPhone but they can from the old flip phone.... help??

Let's get this service back up and running on the correct device. Have you attempted to power down the older flip phone and dial *228 (send) then select option number 1 to activate when prompted on the desired phone? This should activate the correct phone which will then allow you to make calls from the correct phone. Let us know if this helps?
