I've read several discussions about the iPhone 4S dropping calls. Almost every single call I get is dropped at least once, maybe more. This has been going on for months. I blamed my husband's old Nokia phone that was ten years old, but he just got a new one and calls are still dropped. My daughter has the brand new iPhone 6? and it still happens. It seems lots of people out there are having the same issues. I do not want to pay to upgrade my phone, as my contract is not up. Any ideas on how to make it stop happening???? Change to AT&T?

azlex,
I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your device. On the iPhone 4s we would want you to dial *228 option 2. If you have cases on the devices that are not purchased from Verizon Wireless we would want you to remove the case and try and see if you are still dropping calls. Another thing that we would want you to do on both phones is reset the network setting. Here are the steps http://vz.to/IwrRDx for both phones.
