iPhone 4s screen is black

The screen on my 4s is black and the phone isn't responding. I've tried connecting it to iTunes but the phone is detected but can't be identified. I've tried all the reset directions I've found, but no use. Also, the lock button is broken so I can't turn the phone on or off. Please someone HELP!!!
