My husband didn't get around to setting up his voicemail when he first got his new phone. However, I had a him record a greeting and we can play it back with no issues. However, when a person calls his phone it comes back with a "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again." Not sure how to fix the issue. Help

You can go and dial your number from a land line phone and dial your husbands cell number. At the prompt hit the pound key # the voice will say please enter your pass code. Now if it has never been set up you will get a welcome message and the pass code is the last four digits of your husbands cell phone.
After you follow the prompts it will make you change your pass code. You can set to only announce your number or just record your name.
after this is activated. Call your husbands cell and see if it picks up at the 5th. ring I believe.

Thanks everyone, I had tried and found that voicemail was setup correctly. I had to call tech support and they found he had accidentally forwarded his voicemails to a 4 digit number that went no where. They cleared that for me and we now have voicemail again!
