I have always had an international calling plan. I just assumed I was ready to travel and use my phone without doing anything more than having this feature. Now, I am in France for a week and my phone is not working.
Any ideas on getting help from Customer Service or at least making a call that will work?
I have tried:
+1 (908) 559-4899 which is the international call team number
011 1 (908) 559-4899 country code and stuff
Nothing has worked...need help from anyone who may know an answer. Thank you!

Well, the exit code in France is 00, so it would be 001 908 etc. But what happens when you try the +1? Are you doing this from your phone or another phone? They do take collect calls, if you can find another phone. I assume your SIM isn't activated, so you won't be able to place calls using GSM.
