iphone 4 on ios7

After downloading ios7 cant send or receive sms or mms texts. Checking setting interrogation no service center listed, came back as "failed" Anyone know a cure

Lucky1s, this is something that we don't like to hear! I rely on my text messages way to much. Are you able to send and receive iMessages? Are you getting any error messages when you try to send out a text? Since you have the iPhone 4 try dialing *228 Call. Then select option 2 to update roaming capabilities. Once that is complete power the phone off and back on and test out the text messges again. Keep us posted.
