iphone 4 screen is on but blank and will not turn off or reset...HELP!!!!

my phone just went blank all of a sudden and won't do anything. The screen is on, but it's dark and will not turn off, reset, or do anything. What can i do????

Press home power and one volume key it will reset it.

If it doesent work then call vzw *611 if under any warranty or apple if you have AppleCare or reg warranty.
