2. "Shutting down" in what way? Rebooting? Turning off? What iOS version is on the phone? How much free space is on the device? Note that occasional reboots are normal.
I'll be in the middle of FB or Pinterest and it closes out to the main screen. very frustrating! should i take the phone to verizon or the apple store? It was an upgrade through verizon.
