iphone 4s won't send picture messages!! HELP!

Im a new member to verizon. Ive had my iphone for about 2 weeks now. The first week was great. I could do anything the iphone has to offer.Now it wont let me send or recieve picture messages. I already called in about the problem and they said they had to put a ticket on the account. Its been a week already since ive called and it is still not working. I dont think its the phone beacuse my boyfriend has the same phone same company and his works perfect. Am i doing something wrong??

Make sure you have the setting mms as on
