If you used vzw contact back up you can download the vzw contact transfer and get them that way
where they google contacts? or phone contacts?
google contacts can be exported and then imported into ios, search the net
if they were phone contacts you had to use vze method
You can do it through iTunes.
When plug into iTunes click name of phone left side of screen.
After go to contacts put in info asked
Then sync.
