I cannot download songs from itunes while on Verizon service. It works fine when I'm on WiFi. The song starts to download, gets about 1 - 2 Mb into the process, and then restarts the process after a few minutes. I can use the internet and connect to Facebook but downloads of songs will not work. Apps will download very, very slowly. I have restored my phone and still have the same problem. Any advice?
